If you need to know anything about returns, advice about the product please feel free to contact us via the contact us form or our telephone number and we will respond to you within 24 hours.

Yes you can change your order you just need to fill in the enquiry form and state your reason for the error, and if we can get to the order before its dispatched we will email you to confirm the change or cancellation.

You will not be able to use an expired promo code or any other offers in conjunction with promotions that are running.

You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item, to exercise your cancellation right please fill out the contact us form. Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it.

Please note that, as set out in our Returns Policy, a returned item must be in the same condition in which it was received. This means that new items must be returned in the exact condition in which you received it from SOLO.

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. In some cases, you may be offered an “Instant refund” option.

You’ll still need to return your items within 30 days.

We’ll refund your return costs on items, up to our standard delivery option cost, if:

  • you received an incorrect item, or
  • you received a damaged item, or
  • you received a defective item, or
  • you received an item that does not match its description

In accordance with your statutory rights, if you received an item sold and/or fulfilled by SOLO that is either incorrect, damaged, defective or does not match its description, we will either offer you the option to return the product via a pre-paid carrier option, or, if that’s not possible and the cost of returning the item exceeds our standard delivery option, please Contact Us to receive a refund for any reasonable additional postage costs you incurred. Note that we may require proof of postage in order to refund such additional postage costs.
